Product Merchandising

Display Programming

The ISLD requires submissions for approval of floor and rack displays throughout the year. With limited space in our stores, this process helps ensure the most impactful merchandising decisions for our partners and customers.

Displays are active for 30-day periods, but ISLD may extend this at its discretion.

Must be completed for each display submission.

Submissions are due 30 days prior to activation

Display Periods

  • 30-day displays: February through October
  • 60 day displays: November through December

Submission Requirements

Please include the following for each submission:

  • The specific display month
  • The brand name featured in the display
  • Promotional pricing details (if applicable)
  • A mocked image of how the display will appear in-store
(Applies to stack displays, rack displays, and other formats.)

We encourage creative and strategic merchandising that aligns with:

  • Seasonal or consumer trend themes (e.g., holidays, cocktail recipes, weather, harvest)
  • Event-based marketing (e.g., sports, festivals, local happenings)
  • Promotional opportunities (e.g., limited-time offers, gift-with-purchase)
